TCL Roku TV and V6 remote set up

Hi all,

Fairly new to this forum. we have a new Roku 32-inch tv for the bedroom the virgin remote worked until I had to move the tv and disconnect ed and reconnected the tv to the box. Now the virgin remote is not working and tried to manually do this by giving the model number and following the on screen instructions to no avail. 

anyone have a solution to this as it annoying to have 2 remotes?

Thank you for your post. We're sorry to hear about the remote not working anymore on the Tv.

To confirm, have you been able to try to suggestions in this thread?
