Sky sports main event hd badly pixelated

Added hd earlier, recorded ashes as I was out and watching it now it is a pixelated mess with sound drop outs.   Is this normal?  If so, I want my money back!

I signed up to HD a month ago yet every time I want to watch something it is not working.  I shouldn’t have to call the fault line or do checks that just hang.   F1 worked for me as well, but that is no good when I want to watch football.  
For the record, premier league hd and football hd are fine now, but why wouldn’t they be there is no live football on!

can I get a refund for a month of HD that didn’t work?

If you reported the fault, and VM failed to rectify after being given ample opportunity to, then yes you have a case for loss-of-service credits.

If you didn't report the issue, or there was no recognised fault covering this time, then I very much doubt it.

Edited to mention that Sky Sports HD channels are not carried through the network solus and independently of other channels, they're multiplexed together and share with many other channels. As an example - SS Football HD & SS-PL-HD share the same TX as Animal Planet HD, More4-HD & Sky Documentaries HD (among others). So a signal fault affecting one would normally affect them all.

Isn’t the issue reported here with images?  For the record, Sky Hundred HD still not working.

The original was an issue with main event HD.  This is an issue with Football HD and Premier League HD.  Why have they been merged?
