I have wasted 2 hours resetting the remote control and then trying to order one on line only to receive the message that it isnt possible to do and to speak to someone I cannot work out how to speak...

I also posted about being unable to order a replacement remote control and getting in a loop every time I tried to call to resolve it. However I havent received any response (other than several messages to congratulate me on receiving various forum "badges"!) Would appreciate your help if that is possible. Thanks
