I have wasted 2 hours resetting the remote control and then trying to order one on line only to receive the message that it isnt possible to do and to speak to someone
I cannot work out how to speak to a person. It just goes round in a loop telling me how to reset the remote control.
This service is non-existent, stressful, frustrating and annoying!
Can someone please tell me how to speak to someone to order a replacement remote control
I have seen on the forum that others have had direct messages to resolve. Thanks

You can call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the other options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
Another option is to wait for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

I also posted about being unable to order a replacement remote control and getting in a loop every time I tried to call to resolve it. However I havent received any response (other than several messages to congratulate me on receiving various forum "badges"!) Would appreciate your help if that is possible. Thanks

Thanks Daniel! Any further issues, I now know that using this forum is the easiest way to contact Virgin media staff to get issues resolved
