About a month ago now I ordered a new V6 remote through the website help and it arrived free of charge.
Unfortunately it seems to be a completely dead remote as I have used the batteries supplied and some new I have and it is doing nothing not even lighting up.
I try to follow the same route to order another new one but it says as you have recently had a new remote we will charge you £9.99 for this extra one. I do have 2 V6 boxes so completely plausible they fail at the same time but anyway I go the route of the online chat.
I go through all the checks even to the point they ask me for the serial number of my bedroom box which is the one with the broken remote (which was hard to get and see) and they say a new one is on the way free of charge.
I am now at least 2 weeks later and not a thing unlike the one I ordered myself where I got a shipping notification email and updates.
Can someone please send me a new working V6 remote please? Thanks
