Ordering a new remote

I've been having problems too.  I've followed the instructions using the link above.  I'll give it a while to see if it works, if not, I'll order a new remote.

I’ve ordered my remote via speaking to someone online. Came within week or so.

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, since posting this have you been able to get this ordered through our system at all?

Not yet.  It happened again last night so I'll order a new one in the next few days.  It's an old remote so maybe it's come to the end of its life.  How to I order through the system?

With this you can go about processing the order through via our website here it will run some quick diagnostics and if needed prompt to send a replacement.

I haven't ordered a new one yet.  I'm going to try the trouble shooting steps first with the link you kindly sent.  I'll let you know.
