Netflix will not load on my v6 on my second box. It would allow me to connect via the channel and red button but not the app.
it suggested the box needed a reboot and since then both the app and vis red button
any suggestions would be appreciated

The EPG "channel holder" for Netflix is just a shortcut to the app itself, in a similar way to the Apps & Games menu option is.
Are you saying that the app only loaded via the menu and not the red-button, you rebooted the V6 and now neither work? Have you tried restarting subsequently?

yes The app and red button was not working restart of box and cable router seems to have resolved the issues
