Need a replacement V6 remote

Hi, I need a replacement V6 Remote as one side of the current remote has collapsed and no longer responds to input. I tried to order online but the system says I have had one within the last 12 months and will be charged £9.99. I have never had a replacement, the current remote is from 2017. Thanks.
