Help - issue with TV/V6 red light

We have exacly the same issue. Tried everything but to know avail. My contract is up in August.

Hi @JOHN_G421 thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised.

As @japitts has mentioned, it's unclear exactly what your issue is with your V6, can you advise please and we'll do our best to help?

We now have the red light on continually on the box, regardless the box is on or off. When we try to reset the box it takes forever (in excess of 8 mins) to boot up. The remote buttons are now very stiff, the ok button sometimes work but more often does not, the guide button is very hard to press down. Changed the batteries twice.

I've replied to japitts but heres what I wrote. We now have the red light on continually on the box, regardless the box is on or off.
