Greyhound Racing on Sky Sports Red Button

Please can someone explain why the Greyhound Racing through the Red Button which started on 1st January 2024 is not available on my Sky Sports Racing Channel on my V6 Box, it's so frustrating being unable to watch it because i'm an avid Greyhound Racing fan.

Please can someone explain why as I'm subscribed to Sky Sports with Virgin that I can get Sky Sports Racing Channel on my V6 Box but there is a lock on the Sky Sports Racing Channel on the Sky Sports app when I've signed in with my Virgin email & password but all other Sky Sports Channels are available to me on the Sky Sports app using the same sign in credentials ?

Sky only provides third party Red Button functionality on it's Sky Sports premium channels. This does not include Sky Sports Mix, Sky Sports News or Sky Sports Racing.

Sky Sports Racing is not part of the Sky Sports subscription pack. It is available to all TV customers. I have looked at the Sky Sports app on my iPad & the Sky Sports Racing channel does not appear with the live channels. It also is not listed on TV Go, so I assume access via TV box is all the current Sky TV carriage agreement allows.
