The remote for our main living room box is broken and no longer works. I tried to order a replacement online and keep getting "Sorry, there was an issue placing your order"
The chat with us online button on the page doesn't work and it tells me to call 150. When I call 150 and select remote problems it tells me to go to the website and hangs up on me. Since the website doen't work I'm left in a loop of it telling me to go to 150 and then 150 telling me to go back to the website.
This box is used by a 79 year old who will have difficulty using the TVControl app to control the box, but since I can't talk to anyone to get a replacement I don't know what I can do to help him.

When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

Sadly that doesn't work, it gives me 6 options to choose and if I wait it just repeats over and over, it doesn't go to a queue

Hi, I am also having issues trying to order a new remote through the online chat and phoning 150.
My remote was working last night but stopped working today. I have followed all steps to try and fix it but no joy.
Trying to order a new remote online I get an error message saying to try again later but when I do try I have the same error.
Any help would be appreciated

Im having same problem ordering a remote for my elderly parents. Tried the helpline suggested got to the page to order a free remote keeps telling me sorry there was a issue placing your order. Can't get through on phone and live chat not working.
