Whenever I go on Alibi on catchup I get service temporarily unavailable.
I don't think it's ever worked .
Powering off/on makea no difference.Forcing update makes no difference.
Any suggestions?

Do OnDemand services from the BBC, ITV & C4 work? This proves your V6's internet connection
Do OnDemand services from C5 or Sky work? This will prove your V6's internet connection & OnDemand service
What is the error code alongside the error message? There should be one.

Of those you listed only BBC iPlayer is working, ITVx has no content, the others don't play anything.Error code is 669.
YouTube and Pluto work.
I didn't realise the others weren't working also.
Checking service status apparently there's an issue with ITV+1 in my area that will be fixed by 26/3.No mention of onDemand problems

I've been in contact with VM and whatever they did has fixed it 🙂

If YouTube & iPlayer work, that proves your V6's internet connection is working and rules out in-home connectivity.
Sounds like this was something account-side.
