virgin 360 mini box isnt connecting to internet

i recived two virgin mini boxes about last week and have set up one as the other is not connecting to the internet and i can not get past the internet part of set-up. The box can see the wifi attempts to connect and then it just dosent work… any advice??

Hi @jack30 

Are you seeing any on screen error messages when trying toi set up the second mini box, and if so what are they?  For example 100:70 or CS1010 or CS1011 etc?

Have you tried swapping the boxes around?

Do you have a VM white coaxial cable in the location where the box isn't working?
