VM TV boxes need internet access to work.  I'm assuming if your internet is intermittent, your TV boxes will not work correctly.?

Press pause button and then press it again.  You'll be a second or two behind live but the prompt should disappear.

Live TV on TV360 & V6 boxes doesn't use the internet. Where the TV360 gets issues, are because of the interactive "red-button" online services that are linked from the linear broadcast.

Pausing your live TV feed for long enough that you're watching a delayed recording rather than the live feed, gets around this.

There was a previous issue which used to manifest as a CS2400 error and ties in with your CS9994 error which you are aware is due to your hub and 360 not connecting.

The lack of internet connection mainly affects BBC channels, and is probably related to the BBC iPlayer app, for which a link is triggered when you land on a BBC channel. This provides the interactivity with the red button in the same way as customers get an error message when there is no internet connectivity with the box.

Apart from the suggested 'Press pause button and then press it again', there is another possible workaround.

You can force the BBC  channel to play without the pop up reappearing if you hit the back button on the 360 remote when the error message appears, and then press pause and play
