We recently bought a new LG TV and now when we plug the HDMI into the the TV we get an intermittent display of the virgin box.
If I plug the HDMI into a different device (xbox one) it shows absolutely fine with no issues. I've also plug the HDMI back into the virgin box and tried a different TV and again that works fine so I'm guessing it's a compatibility issue between the LG TV and the virgin box which I know isn't a virgin issue but wondering if anyone has had anything like this before?

Morning,
Ita all sort3d now we had an engineer come round this week.
It was as Roy and Newapollo suggested it was a compatibility issue between the 360 box displaying in 4K change the resolution to 1080p and it seems fine.
For some reason when I was doing this on Roys and Newappollo's suggestion it didn't seem to work but typically when the engineer did it when he come round all fixed!
