Virgin 360 upgrade?

Tuning in

I have Sky sports and 2 V6 boxes but I don’t have Virgin 360. Other people I know have received an email offering them an upgrade so they can access Sky Sports plus but I have not. Anyone else in the same position? Have you been able to get the upgrade?

Hi Mike, apologies you should have received an email by now - I will check with the team why this hasn't happened.

Please can you check in your "Apps and Games" section on your V6 box to see if the "Upgrade Now" app is there?

Thanks for your reply. Sorry not to respond earlier but the reply notification ended up in my Junk folder. Hopefully I will be offered the 360 upgrade soon, still nothing as yet. I was in touch with the team on a totally different matter, related to renewing my services, and they managed to help.
