Virgin 360 - new remotes not received

Haven’t received my new remotes can I still change over to 360

You need the 360 remotes and the update downloaded to your V6 box for install, it can either be on the home screen or in the app's. AFAIK the update app is only sent to the V6 after the remotes have been sent and you should have received them, then you can do the update when you are ready but it will update automatically 5 day's after the app is on the box.

Just make sure you have watched all your recordings and make a note of any series links you have because the new software installation will wipe the hard drive clean.

Welcome back to our Community Forums and thanks for your post. 

I have had a look at our systems and can see the order is showing the remote was due to be delivered yesterday but I have tracked it and it looks like it was delayed. You should have it by tomorrow now 🤞 

I'm going to pop you a PM 📩 anyway so I can provide you with the Yodel tracking number, should you need it.
