Virgin 360 error - cannot update

Got the remotes through in the post over a week ago however it doesnt allow me to update said it would have the update available in 5 days and this was 2 weeks ago now.

How can i upgrade this?

Im also having issues, received the remote through 2 weeks ago yet nothing has upgraded, said it would be done within 5 days

No, still comes up with a message saying that the remotes are in the post and should be there in 7 days and that the service should come on 5 days after.

Thank you for that information. Has there been any update since your last post?
