I received an email offering the upgrade to 360 and an upgrade button has appeared in Apps. Do I need to contact customer services to receive the new remotes or will they just arrive in the post?
Will any of my existing boxes need to be replaced?
Will I receive 2 remotes?

Hi @gorb
You need to click on the upgrade to 360 button to start the process. Your remotes will then be sent out.
If you have two V6 boxes then you will be sent two 360 remotes which will be used during the conversion to 360 process and thereafter as the main remotes. Once the conversion completes you will have two main 360 boxes (they will both have hard drives for recording purposes)
If you have any o the older tivo box(es) then they will need swapping out for 30 boxes. If you have two of the tivo boxes then one will be swapped to a main 360 box and the other to a mini 360 box- the mini box doesn't have a hard drive.
As part of the conversion process your current V6 hard drive(s) will be formatted so you will lose all of your recordings. You will also need to set up your series links again. If any of the boxes need swapping out (tivos) then again you will lose all of your recordings and will need to set up your series links again.
Once you receive the new remotes then you can start the conversion process yourself, or leave it 5 days and the boxes will be automatically converted.
