Hi All,
Long time Virgin user but looking to change from V6 to TV 360 box.
New TV bought and I am finding that my V6 box doesn't support CEC but I understand that the TV 360 box does?
Is there a recommended process for requesting a change (upgrade?) to TV 360?
PS I have read a couple of mentions of emails offering these upgrades; I cannot say with any certainty whether I did or did not ever receive one!

I'd do your research before downgrading to the 360 and make sure you're happy with all rhe features you'd lose.

We do regularly send out marketing deals such as free upgrades to TV360 to eligible customers.
Ensure your marketing preferences are up-to-date so that you'll receive these types of communications. To update your marketing preferences, sign into your online account either on the app or over the browser. Click on Account settings > Marketing preferences > Edit my preferences. From here you can choose whether you want to receive offers.
