V6 Box running 360 software

hello

last week or so I've lost ability to use red button to watch any football other than main stream, bbc iplayer requires sign in every time I access using code  . netflix won't run, prime won't run,  have restarted box but no difference,  error code tvq-pb-101(8.1) on netfix.any suggestions ?  thanks

If you have migrated to V360 Horizon firmware, you have a V360 box it’s not a TiVO V6. Also some of these boxes won’t convert properly, particularly if they are over 5 years old.
