Just turned spare box  on first time for while and nothing

If the box hasn't been used for around 30 days then there is every likelihood that it's been de-activated.

Try calling 0800 953 9500 and ask them to re-activate the box.

Have your account and area number handy, and the 360 box serial number.

In  was just goinng to do what Apollon said turned box get serial number and it came on Thanks
