Short answer, no it's not.

A choice to convert from TiVo/V6 > TV360 is completely voluntary, but is also irreversible - save in some cases where misselling is highlighted.

Is there any particular feature of TV360 you're struggling with? Users familiar with it, may be able to point you in the right direction.

Hi pedromull,

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community.

As confirmed by japitts, we wouldn't be able to revert to the previous V6 box system.

If you don't mind us asking, why is it you wish to revert?

Possibly as he's missing all the below features,  and his recording were wiped. None of which he was warned about before agreeing to downgrade to 360.

  • Wishlists
  • undelete
  • series link+
  • series link manager
  • suggestions
  • skip-back on fast-forward
  • quickview
  • default recording options
  • cancelling individual recordings from a series link
  • multi-channel series links
  • allowing recording of radio
  • separation of recordings between boxes
  • watching recordings when internet is not available

It cannot be done without:

1) Replacing the boxes with refurb units.

2) Rebuilding the account from scratch.

VM are not going to do this without very good reason.

VM are eventually moving away from traditional “broadcast” cable services to XGS-PON. This means the boxes that rely on it (both TiVO & V360) will be consigned to the scrap heap. The difference is that Horizon, that drives V360 also drives the new IPTV Stream (now called Flex) boxes, so you will see very little difference in the operation apart from losing recording capabilities.
