Unable to delete recordings

I stopped my tv service, but then restarted again. The trouble I have is that my recordings from the old box are showing on my new box, but I cannot access them, or delete them. When I try on the app it says my box is offline. Any ideas.

Thanks for posting to let us know about your difficulties with the recordings following your recent return to the service. 

Can you please try resetting the box (Fully turn it off at the wall switch, wait 60 seconds and turn it back on) , and then head to your settings to check that the box is in either Active Start or Fast Start?

Hi Molly, I tried both of these steps, but the recordings remain. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but when I go onto it and to my recordings, I am unable to delete anything because my box is offline, which it clearly is not. When I delete on the box, it says recordings deleted, but they still remain although they are faded.
