Liquid has been spilt in the tv box and now I cannot turn it on. How do i obtain a relacement box ?

You should call TV faults (150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 otherwise) and report a non-functioning TV box - they should book a tech visit.
That tech visit is potentially chargeable in a case of accidental damage.
