Question

I have just joined 360. &nbsp;Trying to find my sky cinema app and keep getting the code above and a QR code. On the Virgin account it won’t let me change the apps. &nbsp;So how do I access sky cinema etc. &nbsp;thanks

Hi&nbsp;KMac-4&nbsp;The Sky Cinema channels are available on VM's TVGo app which is available to download for android and ios devices.&nbsp;&nbsp;You can also access TVGo via a web browser on a computer.To use the browser version go to&nbsp;https://virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/en.html&nbsp;
