360 error TS2/2/10337 Technical glitch when accessing Apps>Subscriptions

I installed my TV360 box today, and when I've gone into Apps>Subscriptions to open SkySports+, I get an error message. In the top right, there is an error code which is, TS2/2/10337 and a message which says "Oops, there's been a technical glitch. Please try again later or head to [QR code] my.virginmedia.com and sign in to your My Virgin Media account to manage your entertainment subscriptions."

I've done that, and there's no option to manage my subscriptions. SkySports+ was the only reason I took the upgrade. I've searched for the error code, with no success. Any ideas?

    If you're a Sky Sports subscriber then just tune to a Sky Sports channel (but not News, Mix or Racing) and press the red button to watch Sky Sports+.  It's not an app. 

  • I'm getting the same error 'Now' subscriber I'm unable to add via my.virginmedia.com either can you pop us an email as well for a fix Many thanks

      Sorry to hear you're experiencing a similar issue. 

      Can you please detail what you're personally looking to access and what is showing on your side?

      Have you recently upgraded to the 360 or have you had these services working fine before, but have suddenly now stopped working?
