Subscriptions app error code TS2/2/10337

I've gone into Apps>Subscriptions to open subscribe to getting sky sports UHD and sky cinema UHD, I get an error message. In the top right, there is an error code which is, TS2/2/10337 

I've done that, and there's no option to manage my subscriptions. I've searched for the error code, with no success. Any ideas?

    Hey Zombiemul7, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community, I am sorry to hear this.

    Is this when you are accessing Sky Sports+? 

    Does normal live sky sports work okay?

    If you're a Sky Sports subscriber then just tune to a Sky Sports channel (but not News, Mix or Racing) and press the red button to watch Sky Sports+.  

    Try that for us.
