Why on earth is this only available on showcase and not showcase hd, its so infuriating, its the same for every show really if you dont record shows when they air you have to watch on demand in sd which is urine!
make it HD for gods sake.
Rant over

I'm not familiar with the TV360 interface as I use a V6, but all episodes of this series are showing as available in HD & UHD for me.
Recording is always preferable, though.

Hi IainC86
Thank you for your post.
I've just had a look at this on my personal 360 box and can see that this series is indeed in HD on demand.
When you are on the overview screen for a show, if you scroll to the bottom you'll be able to see information about the series such as whether subtitles are available and what video quality options are available for the show. For True Detective, I can see that it is available in HD. Apologies for any confusion caused.
If you're sure that the show is in SD rather than HD, please let us know exactly how you're navigating to the show through your box.
Thanks 😊

It is my understanding that the 360 only offers the HD versions where both SD & HD versions are available. I've certainly been watching True Detective in HD in On Demand.

An example maintime this time on the go app
as you can see you can watch in showcase and buy on the store neither in hd yet for
yet season 4 you can see season 3 is showcase hd
Is there a specific way to get to show
will get back regarding the normal way but this shows it only in sd

Availability on the TV Go app has always varied slightly from a V6/TV360 OnDemand service, and has ever differentiated between SD/HD to my knowledge. A programme is either available or it's not.

As you can see no option for hd, this means i dont watch as why would you want to watch sd as its awful, how can the older box allow this, that is mega strange?

Stop looking at the channel logos and go to the bottom of the screen where the subs and HD information is held
