I started watching this (about 10 minutes in) from My Shows and switched it off for the news. When I tried to restart it I only get the option to delete it. I've deleted it and added it again but still only have the option to delete. No option to continue watching. Am I missing something here...

You've posted in the Stream forum which is for customers that have the Stream set top box (these boxes are IP based and don't have a recording function)
Which set top box do you have? Tivo or V6?

Thanks for reaching out to us and apologies for the issues you have had with your recordings, can you confirm If this is the only recording you have had and issue with?
Also on Virgins Catch up & TVGO you will find that True Detective is available on there without recording.

I've moved this post to the V6 forum for now, it may belong in the TiVo section but the software is the same. Definitely not a Stream box!
Merman23 - Was this a recording you were watching, or a VoD bookmark? Bookmarks are intended to have the look & feel of a recording, but are just a shortcut to OnDemand assets. Follow the "modify this series link" option and see if it includes recordings, streaming videos, or both.
