If you say what you need help with you might get some advice about the best way to contact someone.

You could call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

Awful aren’t the Tomtc? I did manage to get through to someone on WhatsApp but they were rude and unhelpful. The webform to complain routes to nowhere and it’s so difficult to contact anyone. Virgin Media are a truly awful company for customer service. 

I hope you find resolution.
