I have exactly the same problem and have been with Virgin (NTL/Telewest) for many years....20+
I even sent the cancellation team a message showing what my package includes and it clearly shows TNT sports.
Now they want £600 to cancel my contract.
Utter disgrace.
Can anyone help please?
