Recently I managed eventually to update to TV360 but could not get the new remote to connect to the Tivo box despite spending considerable time with customer service. I cannot now switch on the tv box with the remote control but can eventually get it to power up using the power button on the front of the box which is not ideal. I have been told that a new tv box has been sent to me almost a week ago but Yodel say they haven't received the package from Virgin yet. Virgin C.S. are adamant it has been sent and Yodel adamant they haven't received it so I am getting nowhere. Has anyone else had any similar issues with a delay in receiving goods from Virgin

Sorry to hear that you're having issues with your 360 set-top box and the delivery of a replacement.
We're aware of the delay with orders over last week, but this has since been resolved and you should receive further communications regarding your order and delivery this week. Please do keep us posted should you've any further questions or concerns.
