Errors since updated to TV360 3 days ago

Same issue for me, only updated to TV360 3 days ago. Come on VM,this is a systemic issue your end .

  • The iPlayer problem is a known issue with it's own Fault reference number.

    Email received this morning: "Fault Ref: F012029606

    The latest update is: Our engineer is on site and they're working to fix the problem

    We now expect to have this resolved by 2025-10-15T16:00:00

  • Thanks for getting back to me. I recently successfully upgraded to TV360 and new remote works a treat. However since the upgrade BBCiPlayer does not function. I have the error message “02050” I have tried the usual restart, hard restart, unplugging everything (TV/Router/box)several times but no success. BTW iPlayer does work on TV when accessing direct and not though VM.Any suggestions most welcome
