TV360 Recorded progammes will not delete

Hello,

Some, but not all, recorded programmes will not delete after being watched, either using the Delete at the end of watching it, or from within the Menu stating that it could not be done at this time.

Tried doing it through the TV Go app and get a message Oops, not possible.

Tried turning box off, also tried factory reset but keeping recordings as got too many to lose.

Some programmes do delete but others do not e.g. 1% Club from Sat 17th Feb and Trigger Point from Sun 18th Feb.

Any ideas please?

Both of those programmes are available using ITVX are they recordings or have they been added to your Watchlist, if you press the Home button and scroll down to your Watchlist if you have one, you can then remove them from your Watchlist.

Definitely recordings, not in the Watchlist at all.
