TV360 Channel 101 (BBC ONE LONDON) keeps becoming either unavailable or pixelated and breaking up.

TV360 Channel 101 (BBC ONE LONDON Region) keeps becoming either unavailable or pixelated and breaking up. However, channel 858 (BBC ONE ANGLIA Region) appears to be ok.

Hi @peteb72 

Have you used the /check-services/i  function? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. 

If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

Also, the TV channels are carried on muxes (like how freeview carry their channels)

Are any of the channels (which are on the same mux)shown in the picture below also affected, as if so that would seem to be a signal issue. Check all your cabling is firm and finger tight and free from kinks, especially the white coaxial cable.
