I signed up to Virgin Media on 13th August. I received the wifi hub on 16th August however I have not received the 360 TV box.
I spoke to someone in a call centre on Saturday, they said that the box would be delivered on Tuesday. There was no delivery. I then spoke to someone Tuesday who said it would be delivered within 48 hours and I would be contacted by Yodel - I have not heard anything from them. How can I get the TV box delivered?
