I registered for the TV 360 upgrade to get access to Sky Sports+. After the new remotes arrived, the install initially failed on our main box, but after performing a "hold down - and power" restart of the box, the TV 360 was installed and it has been working well.
Our second box has not installed TV 360. It has been many days since our main box was successfully upgraded. If I go to the "Install TV 360" app, I get a message which says
"Installation in progress
Your upgrade to Virgin TV 360 for the household was triggered on another box. Once the new software is downloaded onto this box it will restart automatically and without further warning. Take care not to interrupt the installation. Best not to touch anything!
(error MA1/2)"
It has been days and days, still nothing. Please help!

I'm afraid not. I was told to keep waiting because there is nothing that technical support can do as the install on the second box is automated. It has been ten days since the main box updated.
I have now registered a complaint.

In the meantime, it has been resolved by an engineer visit.
