Hi there. I have been upgraded to TV 360 so I can access Sky Sports + when it goes live next week. I received my minibox today & have set it all up & it seems to be working ok.
It has replaced my V6 box. I also have a Tivo box in my bedroom. Can I now replace that box in the bedroom with the V6 box? Additionally, do I need to do anything with the second V360 remote control that also arrived today?

The mini box will be to replace your old TiVo box which can't run the 360 software, the V6 box will be software updated to 360 and will remain as your main box with the hard drive and all your recordings will be on that box, that is what the other remote is for.
You should find the update either on the Home page or I believe in the apps on the V6 box.

as the other poster said, you have swapped the wrong box out. You should have received a text with a link to this video
that will explain what needs to happen. You should also have received a set up guide with the new remotes and box.
Don't worry though! Just plug the V6 back in, and follow the instructions on screen when you open the install now app. Then replace the old TiVo box with the new mini box and you’re good to go.
Thanks for your help. I have got both TVs working now & the remote controls are also working in sync with their respective devices. The only thing I could see that needs sorting is that I don't have an Ethernet connection on the upstairs box/TV but it works! Does that mean it is working off the wi-fi?
