I've just got Sky Cinema/Entertainment UHD back as part of renewal renegotiation. Last time I had it a few years back the info screen for each movie on UHD was showing that it had subtitles when it did not. Well, it seems it still incorrectly shows this.( This may also apply to Sky Entertainment UHD as well).
I realise that for most people this is not a big thing, but for those of us who have to use subtitles it is and means we have to watch most programmes in HD, even when a UHD version is available.
Presumably this is some sort of coding error, but could this please be raised as a problem and corrected.

Hi there @daveoc
Thank you so much for your post and welcome to the community forums, it's great to have you back.
I am so sorry that you have faced this issue with your subtitles on Sky Cinema UHD, can I ask if you are able to share an example of this with a screenshot so we can pass this on to the relevant teams?

Sorry but that is beyond my ability!!. However all you need to do is look at it in your office and you will see the subtitle symbol showing on the Sky Movies UHD pages---just bring any of the films up and you will see no subtitles are available.

Hey daveoc, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.
Any subtitles are provider by the broadcaster not us directly, is this just on the latest films or all films?
Please can you give us some examples of the films so we can look into this.
