Is what a joke?
What issues are you currently having and is it with your TV360 set top box, or other equipment?
If it's your TV360 box what error codes and messages are being shown?
Which service status are you referring to?
The online service checker https://www.virginmedia.com/support/help/check-services which checks your current connections and can run a test on your equipment. This checker also reports known issues over a wide area.
Or the automated Service Status number on 0800 561 0061 which provides details of more known local issues down to postcode level.
Looking at one of your earlier posts a couple of hours ago in response to an outage in Crewe <here> you indicated, 'I had same problem about 10am had to switch off power to router then power on and switch off router a couple of times which worked', which would suggest you had a loss of internet which was resolved by powering your hub on and off a few times. If you are still having internet issues and nothing is showing on the online status checker, or via the automated phone number then try factory resetting your hub.
Or is the problem with the hub the fact that you want a wifi 6 hub (hub5) and you currently have the hub 4, as indicated in other posts of yours?

You are very protective of VM, what I would dearly like is value for money and good customer service. Checking services is no help without customer service backup.

Do you currently have a problem with your service or just making a general comment.
The Service Status when signing in to MyViirginMedia recently has been showing problems with TV and broadband but when you advance it runs a check on the broadband and says it's OK but doesn't say anything about the TV.
