Hi,
I have just downgraded my account to remove my TV services as I don't really watch TV, so I need to return the 2 x 360 boxes I have. However, in the email I received about returning them and ordering my pre-paid packaging, the 2 boxes listed are not the ones I have. I think they are the boxes I had before I upgraded to the 360s.
My concern is that, if I return the 360 boxes, Virgin will see that I haven't returned the boxes in their email and charge me for those. Has anyone else ever had this issue?

Thank you for taking the time to contact us Via our community and welcome, sorry to hear the boxes listed to return do not match what you have, if the boxes you have were originally V6 boxes and were upgraded they may show at TiVo boxes or v6.

Yes, that's the case, but will I be charged for the V6 boxes if I send back the 360 boxes with different serial numbers? It wouldn't surprise me if an automated system just markes the V6 boxes as not returned and automatically charges me.

No you shouldn't be charged for this @Fretters, The boxes previous information will still be linked to the account.
Should you seen that a charge has been placed after returning the equipment, please do let us know and we can investigate this further for you should you need.
