Reset Virgin TV box pin

I recently changed my VM contract and now my TV360 Box pin isn't accepted, either the one I set up or the default code.

Whenever I try to reset the pin through the Settings on the TV360 box I get the following error.

The default PIN can be either 1234 or 0000, this is the same for both the 360 Set top box and TV Go app.

If you change the PIN number on either they will align; so if you can change the PIN number on your TVGo app then the PIN number on the 360 box will also change to match the TVGo PIN. 

Have you tried resetting the PIN using the TVGo app? Fingers crossed this will work.

Open TVGo (either the app or browser version) and click on the head and shoulder icon, then on Settings. Then click on Parental Controls. You can change the PIN from that screen. (You might be presented with a captcha screen to click on all squares showing motor bikes etc) It will probably reset to 1234
