Hi all,
I’ve called the customer services team a few times without success. I have a V6 box in the bedroom as my 2nd box and need a replacement power adapter. Please can someone get in touch so I can sort out a new one - customer services aren’t able to help me and tell me to book an engineer! It’s just a power cable!

There isn't a V6 minibox.
Are you sure you don't have a main tv360 box and a mini 360 box?
Looking at the V6 box and the main 360 they look the same, however both 360 boxes run on the Horizon interface and the remotes have a voice button, whereas the V6 boxes run on tivo and the remotes don't have a voice button.

Appreciate you coming back to me - sorry for the confusion. They both have the voice control so must be 360 boxes. The power cable I need a replacement for is my secondary box.

No problems, I'll move your post to the 360 forum.
A member of the forum team should pick this up for you in a day or two and help.
I take it that it's the power adapter and lead that you need.
I have two main 360 boxes so can't confirm if the main 360 box uses the same power adapter and cable as the mini box, but if they do then try swapping the boxes around to confirm it isn't the actual box that's kaput

I have just arranged for a replacement power supply to be set out for you.
This should be with you in the next 5 working days.
Once you have received it can you see if the 360 mini box is working okay.
If it has been offline a while we may need to send a refresh signal to it from here.
