You have already asked this today, it usually takes the forum team 2 to 3 days to respond and they won't have a timescale answer the best answer you will get is it's been passed up to the software development team to add it.
Edited to say it might also be up to TCL to provide some info to Virgin, why do Virgin or Sky have to chase small manufacturers for their codes.
