Good evening ,

I cannot record or delete , in desperation I conducted a factory reset , still nothing . Any advice would greatly appreciated . Thanks in advance .

Is the box successfully connecting to your hub & the internet? Any break in the link between the local Horizon TV server & your box will make these tasks impossible.

I am sorry to hear you are having some issues with your TV box.

Can you confirm it is connecting to the Hub and functioning okay otherwise?

If not, then we can arrange an engineer appointment as the box may be faulty and I will PM 📩 you to get that arranged if needed.
