REPLACEMENT BOX and REMOTE

I still have the tv6 box, which is giving nothing but issues. How do I get a 360 box and remote to replace this old equipment? I have an engineer due to call next week.

What are the issues you're having with your V6? What makes you want a TV360?

I'm only asking because it's a fundamentally different platform in the same way that Android & Apple are fundamentally different.

If your V6 has a fault, it can be replaced with a V6 unless you specifically want to convert to TV360.

It keeps locking up and also have problems with the remote. Equipment seems outdated. And yes I want to replace both my boxes to 360....
