Picture Pixelation

Hi all

A few weeks back we renewed our package and our boxes were changed from Tivo's to 360's. We seem to be getting occasional pixilated pictures (especially on BBC1 and ITV1) such as the picture attached. It literally lasts a second or so and then may do it again soon after or minutes later, and don't remember it happening until recently. I have rebooted the main box (as advised when I have searched) but did not change anything. I'm guessing this is something that may need an engineer call out ? Just thought I would ask before sitting on the phone for a long period of time.

We are experiencing this too, we’ve had new boxes, new router, cables checked and splitters/connectors replaced (just yesterday) and the pixelation is back with a vengeance today! It’s very frustrating. Hope you get more success with having it resolved than I have.

Did you have an engineer come and do this ?

Were your TiVo boxes replaced by an engineer or were they TiVo V6 boxes that received a software update.

If you had the boxes replaced by an engineer he should have checked and adjusted the signal levels.

Yep boxes replaced by an engineer. Only been doing this for maybe a week or so, was fine initially

This and other issues, yes an engineer came and sorted it, but the pixelation returned later that day. I doubt I’ll renew when contract ends in December

Strangely, mine seems to have improved today (and not reported to VM yet). Going to monitor it of course.
