If it's a new 360 remote have you tried holding down the 'TV' button and '0' button together until the Standby button starts to flash.
This should pair the remote to the box.

I am distributing the HDMI output to three - screens lounge, Dining room & Bedroom. Lounge and Dining Room are adjacent so one remote used for both rooms. Bedroom is upstairs above the lounge. Because the remote is bluetooth, it works fine controlling the 360 box in the lounge from the bedroom. I want to have one remote permanently in the bedroom and the other downstairs.
I have read that the V6 & bluetooth remotes could have multiple parings so I am assuming the 360 box will allow this as well. Just need to know how to do it.

Is there any update on this, as I am interested in pairing two remotes.
I can pair any one but trying to pair the second wipes the first.

Sorry but you can't pair more than one remote. I would also think that you may run into some problems with some content through an HDMI splitter, but if it's working for you then maybe not!

I'm doing good with my fairly high spec 1x4 splitter. Output from 360 at 4k. One 4K Tv receiving at 4k, two others (FHD) downscaled to FHD by the splitter.
I have seen previous posts about users successfully paring multiple Bluetooth remotes to V6 Boxes with some fairly obscure multiple key presses whilst holding other keys etc etc. Presumably taken from in depth technician documentation. I am assuming that something similar exists for the 360 but isn't widely known or shared yet.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community, I am sorry you haven't been able to get any further information around pairing more than one remote to our V6 box.
I have tried to get further information and have been unable as this isn't a function we support, at present you can only pair one remote at a time, when adding one you need to unpair the other first.

We found it invaluable being able to use two remotes for the V6 box.
The V6 box will easily pair two remotes from within the menu.
It is strange that the identical hardware has not been utilised on the 360 box, a step backwards it would seem.

I use a splitter on my V6 box, soon to be replaced by V360, to send to four screens and it works fine but have a dodgy power supply so looking to replace the splitter, the one I have is from USA, bur found you can get them from Amazon UK now.

It is a SY Electronics HS14E-18G I got from CPC (cat number AV28870)
SY is a high end UK manufacturer who do some serious AV distribution kit. website is sy.co.uk
I needed some technical support to tweak the device settings. Their support was Manchester based, answered on second ring and was superb.
Down side is it cost me £116. In the end you get what you pay for. I would thoroughly recommend this.

It looks like your unit can downscale from 4K 4:2:0 mine don't.
Does anyone know what the output from V360 box is? I'm assuming its the same as I have no problems with the V6.

360 is 4K if talking to a 4K TV. Once that’s established, Full HD can be added and they will downscale. Only full HD (1080) not HD Ready (720). Connected by standard HDMI cables. Two of them at 10m. Quality is fine. If Full HD TVs are older and don’t support HDCP 2.2 then you have to disable HDCP via dip switch.
This is supposed to be a high tech age, but Virgin cannot pair 2 remotes to the one 360 box, Unbelievable, what is the point of supplying 2 remotes, in case I through it out the window!!!!

Well if you have 2 boxes you will need 2 remotes because you can only pair 1 remote to 1 box, so I wouldn't throw anything out of the window just yet.
You can always use the TV Go app as a second remote

In relation to the microphone feature, I can confirm that the 360 remote does come with this and you will be able to search for shows or apps by pressing the microphone icon and saying what you are searching for.

Yes the remote may have a voice recognition but it only any good if you can get yours hands on the remote from the other side of the bed/room. Alexa has voice recognition without the need for a remote that system would be more useful. I have since found that certain “One For All” remotes you can add to the original remote giving you two remotes. I am not technically minded and don’t fully understand why the original remotes it not an option to use more than one per cable box. Was this a cost saving or just over looked on the original brief. Could Virgin not talk to a company that seems to know what they are doing and use their superior remotes as a standard option.

If you mean could Virgin have used a remote made by One For All they already do.

Is there any update from the business or technical side regarding 2 remote control pairing with a single box?
The 360 software is a major upgrade from the old V6 software, but when you have a disabled pensioner who can not move as well and other user in the living room and one remote control to control a single box its basically a nightmare.
Its a question of software features that need to be added, since the V6 box and hardware originally supported 2 or more old VM remote controls so the technical software team should be able to implement a software feature.
Am sure customers would be more then happy to purchase a 2nd remote, so I hope someone at Virgin media will think about the elderly and disabled community.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the community.
I am not sure what you mean, if you have more than one V6, we'd upgrade both to the 360. So you'd be sent two remotes.
Follow this for me and it should solve it;
1.) Turn on all V6 boxes: take your current TV boxes off standby and check that they're connected to the Internet, ready to download TV 360.
2.) Pop the telly on: check that it's set to the correct Input and that Virgin TV is playing.
3.) Grab the old V6 remote control: tap the Home button, select Apps & Games > Upgrade To Virgin TV 360 Now > OK.
4.) Follow the instructions on your telly: when you see "Time to make the big switch", remove the red tab from just one new 360 remote (it doesn't matter which one).
If nothing happens, try pressing OK on the new 360 remote, or grab the V6 remote again, press the red button, and enter 847446 (the verification code) to start the upgrade.
If the new TV 360 remote doesn't work once the upgrade has finished, try pointing it at the TV box whilst holding down the TV and 0 buttons together for 10 seconds (this may take a few tries).
Where applicable, you should also use the second 360 TV remote for the second TV box when it's upgraded itself.
