No option to upgrade to 360 remote

I don't have an option to upgrade to 360 remote on menu screen or in apps, can you help please.

You only need post once, your 2 threads have been combined into one.

Be aware that TV360 is not a "new remote" for V6, it's totally different software - in much the same way as Android is totally different to Apple.

Hello Irenec,

We checked your account and the reason you don't have the upgrade now app on your TV box is because you also have an old Broadband Hub, a SuperHub 2ac.

We can manually process the migration to 360 if you like, however this would require you to also upgrade your broadband Hub.

Thank you, I understand that, my Daughter was able to get a new 360 remote and she likes it but I've no options to do this.

We'd send you a new Broadband Hub for you to swap over to, and also a new remote for you to upgrade your TV box. All instructions would be provided in the package we send you. Thanks, Lewis.
